WÜLARU was founded in 2018 to provide job placement services for
applicants from abroad, especially from Iran who wants to live and
work in Germany. We concentrate on the field of healthcare, esp.
medical doctor and nursing as well as IT and engineering.

In view of the demographic development in Germany, it is becoming
increasingly difficult to attract qualified workers. With the help of our local partners, we have access to a large pool of medical doctors, nursing staff (as well as midwives, surgical and anesthetic
assistants), IT specialists and engineers, especially in Iran. We
select the applicants who suit to this positions, introduce them to
you and arrange job interviews online. Together with our local partners, we support your future employees in applying for a visa to take up work in Germany, and for regulated
professions on the way to professional recognition. Due to the
Skilled Workers Immigration Act, which came into force on March 1,
2020, these processes have been significantly shortened.

Due to the demographic situation of an aging society and the need for qualified workers, Germany has opened up more and more and adjusted the legal provisions accordingly since 2008.
He is a Senior Financial and Insurance Consultant with a proven background in job placement consultancy and integration of foreign workers into the German labor market.
